These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through Glow Port. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Order Acceptance
By completing a purchase on Glow Port, the customer confirms acceptance of all terms outlined in this policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, delivery timelines, and policies before completing payment.
2. Product Categories and Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Instant Delivery Products
Products labeled “Instant Delivery” are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, excluding official holidays and weekends.
Items categorized as Instant Delivery are clearly labeled on the product page on our website and may also appear in the Instant Delivery highlights on Glow Port’s Instagram account.
2.2 Pre-Order Products
Any product not explicitly labeled as “Instant Delivery” on the website, or not listed under Instant Delivery highlights on Instagram, is automatically considered a Pre-Order product.
Pre-Order items are sourced specifically upon customer request. Processing and shipping times for Pre-Order products are 2–4 business weeks, excluding official holidays and weekends.
Once the order arrives at Glow Port’s main warehouse, an additional 3–5 business days may be required for delivery to destinations inside/outside the United Arab Emirates.
All delivery timelines are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on supplier processing, shipping carrier schedules, customs clearance, or other external logistics factors.
Delays caused by circumstances outside Glow Port’s control, including supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or force majeure, do not qualify for cancellation, refunds, or compensation as long as the order remains within the stated or reasonable delivery timeframe.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on Glow Port are final prices. Product prices include applicable costs such as:
- Service commission (Between US & UAE)
- U.S. domestic shipping fees (Between US & UAE)
- Taxes (Between US & UAE)
- Customs duties (Between US & UAE)
Prices may change at any time without prior notice before an order is placed.
4. Order Cancellation, Refunds and Modifications
Due to the nature of Glow Port’s business model, which involves imported, limited-release, and customer-requested products, all orders are final once payment has been completed.
Glow Port does not accept cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications after an order has been confirmed and processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product selections and order details are correct before completing payment.
Cancellation is only accepted and processed automatically by the system once the order exceeds its stated timeline.
5. Delivery and Courier Responsibility
Mixed Orders (Instant Delivery & Pre-Order Products)
Glow Port reserves the right to ship orders together when they contain both Instant Delivery and Pre-Order items unless the customer requests otherwise.
If a customer places an order that includes both Instant Delivery products and Pre-Order products in the same purchase, the entire order will normally be shipped once all items are available.
If the customer prefers to receive the Instant Delivery items earlier, the order will need to be split into two separate shipments. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying two separate delivery fees.
If the customer chooses to wait until all items are available, the order will be shipped together and only one delivery fee will apply.
Glow Port partners with third-party courier services to deliver orders.
Customers must remain reachable and respond to any communication attempts from the courier or delivery company.
Glow Port is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
- Unanswered calls from the courier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
If a shipment must be re-delivered, redirected, or returned due to incorrect customer information, any additional shipping or delivery charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. International Deliveries and Customs
For shipments delivered outside the United Arab Emirates, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local handling charges may be applied by the courier company or the destination country’s customs authority.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not controlled by Glow Port.
Glow Port is not responsible for any additional customs charges requested by courier services such as Aramex or by local customs authorities.
The customer is solely responsible for paying any such fees in order to receive their shipment.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
Glow Port is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by external logistics partners, suppliers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
